Full Plan Review submittal package on a USB drive
a. One completed plan review checklist b. Proposed 8 ½ X 11 Plan View Drawing
c. Meters 2” & larger - applicant shall provide:
Private water & fire plan Total GPM required as shown in the California
Uniform Plumbing Code Table A-2
*Submit Plans digitally to The Public Services Department at pscounter@otaywater.gov
Plan Approval: Prior to plan approval, the District must have the
following items executed by the Developer:
Inspection Deposit The inspection deposit may be provided at the time of second
plan review or upon estimated cost quote permit.
