b) APPROVE THE ISSUANCE OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO CORTECH ENGI-
NEERING FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PORTABLE TRAILER MOUNTED VARI-
ABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE PUMP IN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $453,000
