A Notice to Proceed was issued on April 20, 2020. The contractor started USA Mark-out requests and work to develop a revised schedule. Potholing began as of May 11, 2020. Construction to begin on Birch late May 2020. P2453 - 005102 SR-11 Utility Relocations Developer Project (Caltrans/SANDAG) Hazard Construction May 2020 Two trucking lots are located off of potable main in this area. Staff has reached out to the trucking lots who confirmed that they would not be impacted by the proposed shutdown. No residential. Shutdown and tie-in completed on 5/7/2020.
