a) APPROVE THE JULY 3, 2020 PURCHASE AGREEEMENT FOR $222,500 FOR THE BUENA VISTA AVENUE PROPERTY IN SPRING VALLEY AND AUTHORIZE THE GENERAL MANAGER TO OPEN ESCROW TO COMPLETE THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY (KENNEDY)
