Notice to Proceed was issued on April 20, 2020. The contractor started USA Mark-out requests and work to develop a revised schedule. Potholing began as of May 11, 2020. Construction to begin on Birch late May 2020.
Contractor estimated a Change Order of +/- $10k for work to limit shutdowns due to COVID-

Two trucking lots are located off of potable main in this area. Staff has reached out to the trucking lots who confirmed that they would not be impacted by the proposed shutdown. No residential. Shutdown and tie-in completed
on 5/7/2020.
