How to Locate a Chiropractor or Acupuncture Provider Under the HMO Plan
Steps to locate a California provider or facility for Medical Benefits – All Otay Blue Shield Plans (Access+ HMO, Gold PPO, and EPO)
1) Log on to the Blue Shield website – www.blueshieldca.com/prism
then click on “Find a Provider”.
2) Click on Access+ HMO Find a Doctor.

3) Click on “Alternative Medicine”
4) You will see the message below. Click on “Visit American Specialty Health Network”

5) It will redirect you the page below. Choose the desired specialty (acupuncture or chiropractic), add your location, and click search.
